Tax:
California requires us to charge a 7.75 percent sales tax on all
products. For orders shipped to Canada, order recipients are responsible
for paying the associated Goods and Services Tax (GST), Provincial Sales
Tax (PST), Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) and any applicable duty charges
upon the arrival of the order. Any brokerage fees incurred are also the
responsibility of the recipient.
Canceling Orders:
You may cancel or revise your order — if we are contacted before your
order has been processed. To request a cancellation on an unshipped

We recommend calling because
your window of opportunity for canceling — which must be done before
shipment — can sometimes be very short. Contact Customer Service Center
and fill out an e-mail form.
You will receive an e-mail
confirmation after your order has been canceled. Items sold as a set may
be canceled only as a complete set. Once your order has been shipped, it
is no longer possible to cancel it. Your option then is to request a
Return Authorization from Customer Service and initiate a return. Please
check our return policy prior to retuning your products.

Shipping:
Orders are generally shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase via UPS Ground Shipping for all delivery destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. UPS Ground delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, but may often arrive sooner.
Return
Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return for a full refund and cover the cost of shipping if the item is returned within 14 days from the order date. We require all returned merchandise to be re-packed in its original product box with
its original packing materials. We also require you to include all
components, authenticity card, dust bag, and accessories. Please note
that products must be unworn and in the state you received them (Please
Note: all items are inspected prior to shipment and they are shipped in
New Condition). To ensure accurate and timely processing of your return,
please be sure to use the RMA# provided.
In addition, please
include the "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" inside the
shipping box. For your protection, we encourage you to send your return
via UPS or Insured Parcel Post. We will pay for return shipping if your
return is the result of an incorrect shipment by us, or a damaged or
defective product. We require you to pay for return shipping for any
other reason. CODs will not be accepted. Note that we pay only for
ground service on returned shipments unless authorized by our Customer
Service Center.

Authorization number.

Exchange:
If you are
requesting a replacement or exchange for an item, an Intrends.com
Service Associate will request information from you in order to
facilitate the replacement order. The Associate will follow up with you
later, letting you know the expected delivery date for your replacement
item, when possible. The Associate also will provide you with a Return
Authorization, which contains Return Instructions, Return Information to
create your Shipping Labels. For your convenience we will not charge
restocking fee on one time exchange. Please contact us for more
information.
Refund Policy:
After we receive
the returned shipment and have inspected the item, we will process your refund within
7-14 business days (business days are Monday through Friday,
excluding holidays). We will apply the refund to the same credit card
you used to make your original purchase. Please note that the credit card credits might not
appear for up to 45 days after the return is applied, depending on the
internal policies of the institution that issued your credit card. If
you have any questions, please e-mail us.
Intrends.com will make the refund for the amount that originally was
paid for the item, plus tax, minus shipping and handling charges. If your return is the result of an incorrect
shipment by us or a damaged or defective product, we also will refund
the shipping charges. When an oversized item is returned for reasons
other than an incorrect shipment by us or a damaged or defective
product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the credit on
your original order. On occasion, we will issue a credit before a
product has been returned to us.

unique Prada sizing scale, the size on the Prada Box is smaller than the
actual US size. Example: if the Prada Box says size 9, it's actually US
size 10. If you are familiar with Prada shoes please choose the "Prada
size" of Prada shoes you have bought in the past. If you are not
familiar with Prada shoes, please contact us for information. Women's
Prada Shoes Women's Prada shoe sizes are expressed in the European size.
Thanks to our experience and know-how we have exactly converted these
sizes into the appropriate US size.

designers? Sizing varies depending on the manufacturer. For each brand
