Free 2 Way Shipping & 90 Day Returns!

• Free Shipping orders are generally shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase via UPS Ground Shipping for all delivery destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. UPS Ground delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, but may often arrive sooner.
• Expedited orders including second day or next day delivery are available at an additional cost to be applied to the customer order at the time of purchase.
• Shipments to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and locations within the 48 contiguous United States where UPS deliveries are not available (such as P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO addresses) will be shipped via United States Postal System, which generally takes 7-10 business days.
• Please note, extra time should be allowed for holidays and weekend deliveries. InTrends cannot guarantee or refund shipping charges if an order does not arrive as guaranteed by the carrier. The carrier and their performance is out of our control.

90 Day Return Policy & Return Shipping

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return for a full refund and cover the cost of shipping within 90 days from the order date. There are no return shipping charges for orders originally shipped to a destination within the United States or its territories, or to an APO or FPO address.
• Per our Return Policy we require all returned merchandise to be re-packed in its original product box with its original packing materials.
• We also require you to include all components, authenticity card, dust bag, and accessories.
• Please note that products must be unworn and in the state you received them.
• Please contact us for a "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" which is to be placed inside the shipping box and for a Prepaid Shipping Label to return your order utilizing our Free 2 Way Shipping offer.

Damaged Shipping Policy

• At InTrends.com, we are 100% committed to our customers in selling genuine first-quality, designer fashions goods, and accessories.
• All items are checked before and after leaving our warehouse.
• If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us by phone within 48hrs of receiving the item. We will be more than happy to assist you with a replacement (if it is available), or a credit (if necessary).
• We are open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST.
